This image is from a Solo Canoe Trip I did to Big Porcupine Lake in Algonquin Park, Ontario. It was my first experience with the ‘Devil’s Staircase’, an aptly named portage with quite a reputation. This site was the last available site on the lake and turned out to be a wonderful spot.
